IV. Records that detail whether there are any plans to install drainage systems in the community;
V.  Any further particulars of record.

3. Request of all or any records relating to plans to develop the informal settlement of Thusong in Katlehong extension 6. Records must include but not be limited to;

I. Any strategy, practice documents or policies detailing municipality’s communication system with the community around development of the community.
II. Records detailing the reasons for the delay in the development of the area, including budgetary and logistical restraints;
III. Systems used to track progress communities such as this;
